At Sensational Skin Care we value your time. We ask that you also value ours. Bookings of an hour or longer require credit card/gift certificate details for booking security. Your card or gift card will not be charged unless you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. The card is charged at a rate of 50% of treatment cost. If you choose not to turn up to your scheduled appointment, full rate is charged to either your card or gift card.

To maintain a healthy, relaxing environment, our salon has a strictly no smoking policy.
It is preferable that you leave your valuables at home and wear clothes that are loose and comfortable.
During massage and body treatments our therapists will drape you appropriately for privacy.
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time of your treatment so please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment commences. If you are more than 20 minutes late without contacting the salon your treatment may need to be reallocated. To ensure you get the appointment you desire we recommend scheduling your next appointment before you leave.
(Any treatments done on a Public Holiday will incur a 10% surcharge)
